Ludwig Feuerbach is a little known figure today. But during his time, he was an important philosophical figure who had a profound influence on Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels. Considered to be the link between Hegel and Marx, Feuerbach’s ideas are foundational to the development of Marx’s socialism.
Engels provides a thorough overview of Feuerbach’s philosophy and the effect it had on Hegelianism. Included as an appendix is Marx’s “Theses on Feuerbach”.
